Screen printing costs are determined by the number of colors in your design, garment style, and quantity. Simply fill out our Get A Quote! form and we’ll get back to you with a detailed estimate for your screen printing project.
• Turnaround times for screen printing depends upon the quality of artwork (if customer-supplied) and the availability of the garments or accessories chosen (due to manufacturing schedules and any material shipping concerns).
• In general, our Standard Turnaround Time is approximately 8 to 10 working days from your order approval and deposit.
• We offer rush service when needed, dependent upon the availability of items to be printed and our production schedule.

embroidery process.
Embroidery costs are based on your stitch count, number of colors, garment style and quantity. Simply fill out our Get A Quote! form and we’ll get back to you with a detailed estimate for your embroidery project.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Adobe Illustrator, EPS or flattened PDF: Vector images result in the highest quality print.
Adobe Photoshop: Canvas must be set to actual print size and file originated at 300 dpi or higher.
JPG & TIFF: These files types work as long as they are scaled to print size and 300 dpi or larger.

Please provide files at 100% of printed size.
For acceptable sizes, see Standard Imprint Areas below. If you’re submitting Photoshop files, create them at 300 dpi.
STANDARD IMPRINT AREAS FOR SHIRTS
Full Front or Big Back (adult): up to 15″ wide x 18″ high
Full Front or Big Back (youth): up to 9″ wide x 10″ high
Left Chest: up to 5″ square (standard adult)
Adult Long Sleeve: up to 3.5″ wide x 16″ long
Short Sleeve: up to 3.5″ square (standard)

The ideal file formats are either Adobe Illustrator vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high resolution Adobe Photoshop files (.psd, .eps, .tiff, .jpg).
things to avoid
PLEASE DO NOT send us files that are 150 dpi or smaller.
PLEASE DO NOT apply trapping to your art.
PLEASE DO NOT send files from the web (.jpg, ,png, .gif, .webm).
